Statement of Staff Credentials 



Director & 2 & 3-year Teacher:

Jennifer Black: B.S. in Liberal Arts and Technology - Early Childhood Education. State of Maryland Early Childhood Education Certification.
Jennifer taught 2 & 3-year-olds at St. Peter's from 1998-2001, before teaching first grade in Howard County Schools. She has also taught second grade in Prince George's county, and has been a substitute with Howard County.  Jen returned in early 2011.

Teaching Assistant:

Shannon Whitehead: Many years experience working with young children in a school setting. Extensive experience working with children through volunteer activities.
She has worked at St. Peter’s Episcopal School with 2 & 3-year olds from 1998-2009. Shannon returned in early 2011.

Volunteers:

Mina Uhl “Ms. Mina”: Ms. Mina is a treasured volunteer at St. Peter’s. She has been volunteering at the school since 2000. She is a retired pediatric nurse and a member of the Church. Ms. Mina helps comfort children who are sad or hurt and is an all around wonderful surrogate grandma, as well as a helping hand to the teachers.
